Randi Rahm Atelier
In my current role, I play a vital part in the production process, ensuring the seamless execution of design visions while supporting major brand initiatives. My responsibilities include creating cutting tickets, tagging and organizing fabric bolts to track materials, and generating purchase orders tailored to client and collection needs. Collaborating closely with the head designer, I assist in bringing creative concepts to life and contribute to the preparation for significant events such as New York Fashion Week and multiple photoshoots. Additionally, I oversee a team of interns, providing guidance and ensuring their contributions align with the brand’s standards. I also foster strong relationships with local and international vendors to maintain a smooth supply chain, create style numbers and cost sheets for precise financial tracking, and source fabrics and trims in midtown to align with industry trends. By actively listening to the production team's needs and executing with precision, I help enhance team productivity and satisfaction, driving the success of our collections and events.
NYFW
During New York Fashion Week in September, I played a key role in the production of Randi Rahm's Spring/Summer collection showcase. I assisted the head designer with assigning looks, selecting models, and setting up and decorating the event space to reflect the brand's vision. On show day, I led the dressing team, managed the walk down the runway, and coordinated timing and outfit changes throughout the evening, ensuring a polished and seamless presentation in the fast-paced environment of NYFW.
Photoshoot
For Randi Rahm’s Spring/Summer 2025 lookbook photoshoot, I assisted the head designer with model selection, look assignments, and led the dressing team to ensure each ensemble was styled flawlessly. Additionally, I contributed to the creative direction and played a hands-on role in building and designing the photoshoot sets. This experience showcased my ability to merge logistical oversight with artistic vision, ensuring the collection was presented in an environment that elevated its aesthetic and storytelling.
Luncheon
For the mini runway show at the Laurence Craig Catering Luncheon, I oversaw the dressing team, ensuring each look was styled to perfection and ready for the runway. I ran point on coordinating walking times and managing quick outfit changes, ensuring smooth transitions between looks throughout the event. My attention to detail and organizational skills allowed the show to flow seamlessly, balancing both creative direction and logistical execution in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
TV Features
I had the privilege of working closely with the head designer of Randi Rahm Couture as part of the brand’s “Couture for a Cause” initiative, showcased during two televised performances in partnership with the New York City Dance Alliance. Collaborating directly with the designer, I assisted in selecting and styling looks that harmonized the brand’s signature elegance with the dancers’ dynamic movement. Additionally, I helped oversee the dressing process, ensuring each garment captured the vision for the performances and highlighted the artistry of couture in a way that aligned with the brand’s philanthropic mission.
